He guide All students and staff members about<\/p>\n<p>Workplace ethics, Gender sensitivity, Legal provisions related to Sexual Harassment, the role of Internal Complaint Committee (ICC), and the rights &amp; responsibilities of employees under the POSH Act. It is essential in preparing the students for professional environments and promoting safe and respectful workplace.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"192\"><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"522\">Program was organized by Dr. Manisha Shelkande, Nodal Officer, Shebox portal, Director of the organization Dr. Anand Deshmukh provided valuable guidance and all the teachers and non-teaching staff of the department provided valuable support.
