{"id":9008,"date":"2026-02-17T11:11:58","date_gmt":"2026-02-17T11:11:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/indigo-hare-995457.hostingersite.com\/?p=9008"},"modified":"2026-06-12T11:27:58","modified_gmt":"2026-06-12T11:27:58","slug":"youth-awareness-rally-under-nasha-mukta-abhiyan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/indigo-hare-995457.hostingersite.com\/?p=9008","title":{"rendered":"Youth Awareness Rally under Nasha Mukta Abhiyan"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Youth Awareness Rally under <em>Nasha Mukta Abhiyan<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In compliance with the circular issued by Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), Pune and the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, under the nationwide campaign <em>Nasha Mukta Abhiyan<\/em>, Institute (VIIT) organized a <strong>\u201cYouth Awareness Rally\u201d<\/strong> on 16th February 2026 at 11:30 AM.<\/p>\n<p>The activity aimed to create awareness among youth about the harmful effects of drug abuse and to promote a drug-free society.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectives of the Activity<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To spread awareness about the dangers of drug addiction.<\/li>\n<li>To sensitize students about physical, psychological, and social consequences of substance abuse.<\/li>\n<li>To encourage youth participation in building a drug-free nation.<\/li>\n<li>To promote the message of \u201cSay No to Drugs\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>To support the Government of India\u2019s initiative under Nasha Mukta Abhiyan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The rally commenced at 11:30 AM within the institute campus.<\/p>\n<p>Faculty members, administrative staff, and student volunteers actively participated in organizing and conducting the event. Students carried placards and banners displaying impactful slogans such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cNasha Mukta Tarun, Sashakta Bharat\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cChoose Life, Not Drugs\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cYouth for Drug-Free India\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cVyasan Mhanaje Jivantpani Maran\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The rally passed through key areas of the campus and nearby surroundings, spreading awareness among students and the public. The participants raised slogans to convey strong messages against drug abuse.
