Pune: The National Leadership Summit 2026 was held in a grand atmosphere at Arora Towers, Camp, Pune. The program commenced with the welcome of dignitaries. Dr. Mohammad Bawaji, Managing Director of CP HR Services Pvt. Ltd., delivered the introductory address and explained the objectives of the summit.

The event was graced by Mr. Arun Tripathi, HR Director at L’Oréal, as the Chief Guest, while Mr. Manoj Tarambale, In-charge Principal of PVG College of Engineering and Technology, Pune, attended as the Special Guest. They shared valuable insights on leadership and institutional growth. A panel discussion was also conducted on the theme, “Reimagining Talent for the New Economy.”

On this occasion, Mr. Upendra Kulkarni, Co-founder and Director of HCS Global Corp Ltd., delivered a special address. The 22nd Foundation Day of CP HR Services Pvt. Ltd. was celebrated with a cake-cutting ceremony. Dr. Mohammad Bawaji also announced the launch of a new initiative named “Exxon.”

A major highlight of the event was the award distribution ceremony. During the ceremony, Dr. Anand Deshmukh, Director of Vidya Pratishthan Institute of Information Technology, Baramati, was honoured with the prestigious “Outstanding Educational Leadership” award.

He was recognized for his remarkable contribution towards academic excellence, institutional development, and the holistic progress of students. The audience applauded the achievement with great enthusiasm.

During the concluding session, Mrs. Zainab Bhattiwala, Vice President of CP HR Services Pvt. Ltd., expressed her thoughts and gratitude. The program concluded with a networking and dinner session attended by all participants.
