Objectives	To Create awareness regarding The POSH Act, 2013 among students & Staff.
Outcomes	On 17^th December 2025 VIIT, Baramati organized an Awareness Session on the “Provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act (The POSH Act), 2013”. For this program Dr. Atul Shahane, Principal, Vasantrao Pawar Law College, Baramati was resource person. He guide All students and staff members about Workplace ethics, Gender sensitivity, Legal provisions related to Sexual Harassment, the role of Internal Complaint Committee (ICC), and the rights & responsibilities of employees under the POSH Act. It is essential in preparing the students for professional environments and promoting safe and respectful workplace.
Conclusion	Program was organized by Dr. Manisha Shelkande, Nodal Officer, Shebox portal, Director of the organization Dr. Anand Deshmukh provided valuable guidance and all the teachers and non-teaching staff of the department provided valuable support. Program was concluded with question & answers and Vote thanks.
