Conclusion in detail The Department of BBA, BCA, MBA, and MCA of Vidya Pratishthan’s Institute of Information Technology (VIIT), Baramati, successfully organized a Book Reading Activity on Tuesday, 9th December 2025, with active participation from undergraduate and postgraduate students as well as faculty members. The activity conducted at venues including C3, C7, and the VIIT Amphitheatre, witnessed enthusiastic participation of nearly 180 students across BBA, BCA, MBA, and MCA programs. The event aimed to cultivate strong reading habits, enhance comprehension, analytical thinking, communication skills, and inspire students to appreciate literature for personal, academic, and professional growth. Students engaged in focused reading sessions followed by interactive discussions and reflections, which helped build confidence, critical thinking, and public speaking abilities.While Dr. Anand A. Deshmukh (Director, VIIT, Baramati) emphasized the long-term benefits of reading in his address. The collective enthusiasm of students and faculty created an atmosphere of learning, collaboration, and inspiration.

In conclusion, the Book Reading Activity was a resounding success, fulfilling its objectives of promoting a culture of reading and intellectual engagement among management and computer application students. It set a strong precedent for future academic and literary initiatives at VIIT, encouraging students to continue exploring the world of books as a means of lifelong learning.

The activity was coordinated by Asst. Prof. Santosh Adsul and Asst. Prof. Madhuri Saste for BCA–BBA students, and by Asst. Prof. Swati Chougule and Asst. Prof. Pravin Bagal for MCA–MBA students, under the guidance of Honorable Dr. Anand Deshmukh, Director, VIIT Baramati.
